General Information
- From start to finish, how long does it take to send out my flyer?
Once we receive your completed flyer, our staff will review it for approval. This process usually takes a
few hours but could take up to 24 hours. Your Homeflyer will then be emailed on the date you specified.
- How many real estate agents will receive my homeflyer?
This number will be determined by the listing zip code. Our mapping software will select all of the real
estate agents within a 20, 25 or 30 mile radius from your listing. You decide how many agents you want to reach.
If you wish to cover the entire state in which your listing is located we also offer that as an option.
- How will my listing be marketed?
Your professionally designed Homeflyer will be emailed to thousands of real estate agents in your listing area utilizing the most
advanced mapping technology. Some of our competitors only send out to a county, a city or an association.

- Can I send my flyer to other states?
From our experience, we have found that you will be more successful marketing your listing within the state in which it's located.
- Can I send my flyer for something other than real estate?
We specialize in real estate flyers and limit our services to the real estate industry.
- Can I use my own client list when sending out a flyer?
Our database consists of thousands of real estate agents in your area. This list is constantly being updated for accuracy. In order for us to maintain our quality service to you we can only use our own database.
- How do I contact Homeflyer?
The best way to reach us is by filling out the contact us form with your question or comments. We will respond to you promptly.
Billing
- How much does it cost?
After you enter the zip code of your listing you will be presented with four options. We also offer you the option of sending out a previously sent flyer (resending) at half price.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover
- How will your charge appear on my credit card statement?
It will show up as a charge from Homeflyer, Inc.
- Do you offer a bulk rate?
Yes. We refer to this as our Frequent Flyer program. Please use the contact us form and indicate your quantity for special pricing.
- Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes. We periodically send special offers by email.

- How many photos can I use in my Homeflyer?
Up to 6 photos
- What is the best size for my photos?
Larger photos are preferred. However, we will try our best to work with what you submit.
- Can you help me obtain my company logo?
Yes. We have many real estate logos already in our database. We will help you obtain yours if needed and it will be entered into your profile for future use.
- Will you crop my photos if necessary?
Yes. Our creative department will optimize your photos for a professional look.
- Can I edit a flyer that I want to re-send?
Yes. You can change the details of the listing to suit your needs.
- Can I send a flyer with my own template?
Our professional staff has designed flyers that are best suited for the real estate industry. Therefore, it is only possible to use our templates
